Diego Deluxe SC Tremolo / Aluminiumblock

This version of the Diego Vintage All-Steel Tremolo  features an aluminium block! Fits any old Strat, but offers following additional features: the distance between the mounting holes is 56mm – the string spacing is only 54mm. This adds 1mm more space for the 1st and 6th string at the edge of the fingerboard and eliminates any “string slipping” over the fret ends.

The base plate is made of hardened steel, the string saddles are made of sheet steel. The lever is inserted and can be adjusted with a small allen screw at the side of the tremolo block. In addition to its lighter weight, the aluminium block offers a rich and “airy” tone and a more percussive attack compared to a steel block.
